Grantland Hawkins is a filmmaker, writer, and graphic designer based in Chicago, IL. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from Loyola University Chicago and is pursuing a Master of Science in Film and Television from DePaul University.
He was a screener at the 2022 Extra Lemonade Loyola Fine Art Exhibition for his film "You're Not Perfect, I Wouldn't Want You To Be", which has been described as "intentionally flawed".
Grantland writes and produces films with his production company Cinema Rare Wine Pictures, which he cofounded with his brother, William S. Hawkins.
He enjoys cinema, theatre, athletics, and porch sitting. His biggest aspiration is to be happy.
